Critiques:


1. Thomas:

The macro picture is great. Close enough, sharp and a background blur that highlights the subject's focal point. Anyway it's a good macro but maybe for the next time try to straighten the picture a little bit and rotate it diagonally.

For the portrait picture, the angel of the camera to the subject gives it a lot of interest than just a straight forward picture. The subject of the picture is well sharped but it would stand out better if there will be some cropping so it wouldn't confuse the eye a lot. Good idea and good making.


2.Chase:


The warn colors in the portrait picture blend well with the person, but he didn't get enough attention in the picture, maybe to use some photo blur on Photoshop or using a smaller aperture will help him be more present in the picture. It's a good capture cause it catches the moment and it has a cozy feeling that makes you feel nice inside your brain.
